Improving National Security Through a Clean-Energy Economy

I highlight some of the important provisions included in the 2009 energy bill in my June newsletter.  The legislation was approved by the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, which I am fortunate enough to chair, and is now ready for full Senate debate.
