Chris Stone
Chris is a native of Albuquerque, is Senator Bingaman's legislative assistant for international trade, foreign affairs, and macroeconomic policy. After graduating from La Cueva High School, Chris received
an A.B. in government from Harvard University in 1994 and a J.D. from the University of California-Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2001. Before joining Senator Bingaman's staff, Chris practiced
securities law at Sullivan & Cromwell in Silicon Valley and at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in London, where he worked in the firm's Russia practice group. Before attending law school, he worked as
an analyst at Ironwood Holdings, a small Western-run merchant bank in Moscow, Russia.
