Frederick Isasi
Frederick is Senator Bingaman's Legislative Counsel for Healthcare. He is a lawyer specializing in public health policy and has worked extensively on low-income healthcare issues for several large
national associations. Before receiving his law degree, Frederick worked as a health policy advisor and as a researcher in several public health studies. He also has extensive experience in biomedical
research. Frederick received his J.D. from Duke Law School, his M.P.H. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a bachelor degree in cellular biology and Spanish from the University of
Wisconsin, Madison.

Justina Trott,
M.D., F.A.C.P., is Executive and Medical Director of Women's Health Services, a nonprofit organization designated as a National Community Center of Excellence in Women's Health in 2001 by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She received her B.A. in chemistry from New York University and her M.D. from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, and she completed residency training in internal medicine at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, and a core faculty member for the Northern New Mexico Family Practice Residency Program.
